Spike Adapters are Available in two (2) sizes;
SPA-1: priced at $40.00 ea, for Multi-Mount Footers & SM-1 Speaker Mounts and EquaBearings
SPA-2: priced at $60.00 ea, for Multi-Mount SM-2 Speaker Mounts

Spike Adapters provide a much needed solution to the problem of supporting racks, components, and loud-
speakers on carpeted floors, when "flat-bottomed" Footers, Speaker Mounts or Bearings are used.

EquaBearings and Multi-Mounts should not be placed on carpeting, or any "soft" or resilient flooring. Without solid coupling to the floor, the benefits of these devices and the performance of the supported equipment can be diminished. Also, a component, a rack, and especially loudspeakers, could be rendered unstable.

The SPA-1 can be used as an adjustable elevating base as an alternative to an amp stand or dedicated support on bare floors with Multi-Mount Footers and EquaBearings. For this reason, the SPA-1 (only) includes stainless-steel Floor-Protectors.

Both Spike Adapters include three (3) 1/4"- 20 hardened stainless-steel hex-socket Floor Spikes and jam-nuts
for leveling and proper coupling to the floor. A "hex-bit" and a small bubble-level are included.

The Adapters are made of beautifully finished anodized aluminum 6061 alloy, machined to very close tolerances.
